Participation in the Taste of Wilson County provides funding for the Wilson County Business and Education Coalition, Chamber Education programs including Teacher Grants, Wilson Books from Birth, Tennessee Scholars and student scholarships.

The 17th annual Taste of Wilson County has been scheduled for Thursday, October 22th, 2026.

The event will be held outdoors on the Wilson Bank & Trust West Lawn in Lebanon. The event time 5:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Attendance for the event each year has been an average of 1,200 people, so this is a great opportunity to showcase your business as a sponsor, restaurant or marketplace vendor.

There is no fee for food vendors. Your participation as a food vendor includes a Marketplace vendor space. The Chamber will provide two tables, two tablecloths and two chairs for each food vendor space.

As a Marketplace vendor, the Taste of Wilson County agrees to provide a 10X10 booth with one (1) table, one (1) cloth and two (2) chairs. The participation fee is $50.00 for members of the Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce and $100.00 for non-members.

Space is limited and available on a first-come basis. Reserve your spot by returning the enclosed vendor agreement to the Chamber by Wednesday, September 25th, 2026.

The Chamber will furnish serving plates, utensils and water to attendees at the Taste of Wilson County.
NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ALLOWED
You will be able to drop off your items at your designated vendor space on the lawn, then move your loading vehicles to the multiple parking spaces surrounding the area. Signs will be provided.
Vendors will receive two (2) Vendor passes. Tickets may be purchased for $35.00 the day of event or $30.00 in advance at www.TasteOfWilsonCounty.com
Vendor set-up hours are from 1:00-3:30pm. The Chamber will assign each vendor a specific load-in time prior to the event. There will be a walk through by the TOWC committee at 4:00pm.
Vendors are responsible for clean-up and trash removal after the event, leaving table, cloth, lanyard and chairs in the space. Due to safety concerns for event staff and attendees, vendors will not be permitted to leave prior to 8:00pm.
